Wonderful hotel. I would definitely visit again. Everything was charming; the decor, art, and staff were all so lovely. Food was amazing and staff was very friendly! The only constructive feedback is that plenty of mosquitoes were able to get into the bedrooms, and that the beds could be a bit small for taller folk. Those are the only two issues that if fixed would make it a five star hotel! Honestly, Hotel Casa Gonzalez is one of my favorite hotels I have stayed! Highly recommend.

We came from Houston Texas-this place is over ours expectations, rooms are comfortable, whole atmosphere and garden where you can seat I the evening, have a glass of wine, read a book, cot up with email- is exceptional. Breakfast, coffee and the whole atmosphere is superb.

The worst encounter with a hotel I have ever had. Do not stay here In reply to you Every part of my dealings with you is a another layer of manipulation. The agency said to me that would not charge you anything. That you have the full opportunity to change this but You CHOOSE not to. If your policy is so clear why didn’t you tell me that immediately not make me wait 7 hours. Until deep into the evening of New Year’s Eve - where as a woman alone in Mexico City i was put into a very comprised situation. But you’ll again use this to your benefit, where I am forced to pay you more money. You have deeply questionable dishonest standards

Great hotel for the price. It is very clean, charming, and has a great staff. Great location to walk to city center, the park, even Condesa and Roma if you are up for a little longer walk. Tons of restaurants nearby. I enjoyed a cup of coffee in the hotel's outside areas every morning. If you are looking for a unique, clean hotel, this is it. The is a great 3 star hotel, you get a lot fo your money. CDMX is on high altitude, so it typically don't get hot at night, but if it does, note that there is no AC... at least no in my room
